Hey Everyone,
Exciting week, we got one of the most demanded fish out of South America....Assellus Puffers! I'm sure everyone has had customers looking for these, so don't skip this week and get your orders in early! We are going to limit each store to SIX, so that everyone can get a shot at them. Id also highly recommend treating them with cupramine (not normal copper) when you get them, because wild puffers are ich magnets for some reason.
Lots of other great fish from that Colombia shipment arrived as well. Sailfin tetras are the coolest tetra out there, or close to it. They're almost like a tetra version of an apistogramma. We also got TWO new cory cats! Deckeri and Concolor. We've had concolor many times in the past, but I think it might be the first time for Deckeri. Both are great looking, and good options to carry to give people a little more variety in their bottom feeders.
Otocinculus are back in stock along with cardinals tetras that I know lots of stores have been waiting for.
Sorry we did run out of female guppies towards the end of this past week. We do have Sri Lanka scheduled to arrive Sunday with a full guppy restock, so we will have more back in stock for this upcoming week.
We also received a small shipment of 8 inch Royal Clown Knives for the monster fish enthusiasts out there.
Give your rep a call if you have any questions!

Ember tetras restocked from Colombia, and are still coming in the same great size they were before the hurricanes. |
Cardinal tetras have been out of stock a couple weeks, but they're back! |
Large red hooks are really nice, probably close to 4 inches on average. |
Penguin Tetra are still very oversized. Definitely the biggest tetra we have at the moment. |
Large tiger barbs are literally full-grown fish. I'm not sure how much longer they'll be running this big, so get them before it's too late. |
Scissortail Rasboras are getting bigger! Still not gigantic, but almost big enough to show the color in the fins that makes this species popular. |
Consider this an extra gift to whoever actually reads our email. XL Swords are here in very limited number, not on the stocklist so those that don't look at this email wont know they're in stock. Let your rep know if you're looking for these and we will add to your order. |

Chocolate Molly are a newer type that we recently started bringing in. The females seem to be mostly a little bit lighter yellowish color, and the males more solid chocolate color. |
Bumblebee platy look great. Primarily yellow bodies with black speckles. |
Midnight guppies are a lot prettier than the name probably suggests. Not just a solid black fish, they have a hint of blue in there as well. Also have nice big tails, which I know is the main consideration for most people when it comes to guppies. |
Koi guppy are a little bit higher-end guppy |
Current batch of 5 inch red devils are all these wonderful piebald types. They look SO much better with the white patches than when they're solid red. |
Medium sized veiltail angels are about the same body size as the large mix usually is. Extremely nice fins as well, definitely the best angel this week. |

Imported blue rams have a lot more yellow than blue on them, but they're still young so might get more blue as they mature |
Medium EB Acaras always get highlighted for a good reason. They're always one of the best looking fish for sale. And for under 10 bucks, it's a must-carry fish for every single store. |

Red spot gold severums are Florida bred, natural color, and about 3 inches. |
Large Regal Peacocks are still here, still just as vividly blue, and still just as big. |
Also still here: Large Sunshine peacock males, with the best natural FL bred yellow color I've seen in quite some time |
Acei mbunas are fully colored up, bright yellow tails, about 2 inches |
Kenyyi cichlids are one of the best looking mbuna where the males and females have sexual dimorphism. Interestingly, the opposite of virtually all cichlids, the FEMALES are the blue ones, and the males turn yellow. |
Concolor cory cats are in stock for the first time all year i believe. This is always one of my favorite cory cats, they get a colorful green reflective sheen to the body, and they have chocolatey colored fins to counter the body color. |
New cory! Deckeri are a species we haven't had in my memory here, and I'm not sure why. They definitely look cool and different enough from the more common species that I think they should be very popular. |
I thought the small royal plecos were nice last week.....this week they're even better! Absolutely perfect little royals. |
Lemon blue-eyed bushynose are about 2.5 inches, very solid size. |
8-9CM orandas are maybe the best batch of them I've ever seen. There's actually a good amount of variety in color, and you can see the beginnings of their head humps. |
Royal Clown Knives at 8 inches arrived this week. Using a stock photo from our website because it's time to leave and I just realized we forgot to get a picture of these haha. They look exactly like this picture though. |
Signifer rainbows are a pygmy type like featherfins. The males have a ton of yellow in the fins, and the current batch are basically fully grown |
Red honey gouramis came back this week. These are a dwarf species that does NOT have the same health problems that the red fire/powder blue type dwarfs have. |
Current size of the gold gouramis, so you can see what you'll get before you order. They're a lot smaller than you're probably used to seeing. Blue or opaline are a better pick this week. |
Amano shrimp current size. Not great, but not terrible. |
Delux mix shrimp are like a bag of skittles. So much color! |

The Saltwater stock-list gets sent out on MONDAY afternoon.
In saltwater, we offer tons of top-of-the-line corals. If you need really nice frags to sell for $10-15, we've got you covered. If you want a $400 show piece unique Australian brain corals, we've got that too. Tons of the coral frags are aquacultured in-house and are named lineage pieces of various SPS and LPS. Import frags that are MADE in-house are also available, and are great options to get slightly bigger pieces that customers want like torches, hammers, blastos, acans, zoas, etc. |
