Sorry we left the Altum price off the stocklist Friday!  It's down in the "New Fish" section today.

    Hey everyone,

We took almost all of the guppies off the stocklist last week because we did run out of virtually every single guppy by the end of the week.  But we did get our Sunday guppy restock, and this week was a normal size restock instead of the small one last week, so make sure to check the "new fish" list for all the codes of the guppies that are back in stock.

Also from Sri Lanka, a couple more types of swordtail (velvets and assorted) to bolster the livebearer numbers a little bit.  We also realized after we sent the email on Friday that we never marked in the Altum Angelfish (about 30 stores emailed us for the price, so if you were one of them, thanks for catching that), so those are on the New Fish list as well.  We don't move them over to our packign building where the water is colder than the rest of the farm, we keep them in the original arrival tubs, so that's why we missed marking those as in-stock, sorry about that.

Got a few new discus strains in stock over the weekend as well, so the discus section is fairly respectable at the moment with decent variety available.  Just remember we don't have a LOT of any one color.  We get about 20 of each color and size initially, and sometimes stores place orders for a dozen at a time, so let your rep know if you're open to substitutions on discus for better fill rate.

Also got a handful of really nice 4 inch Red Head Tabajos Geophagus over the weekend.  They'll go quick, it's been a while since we had any this size.

Give your rep a call if you need anything!

"Select" size green severums are extremely nice.  Really should be mediums.

Russian tortoises are back restocked with decent numbers again, and this MIGHT be the last big restock of the year for these popular tortoises.  In the winter time, they almost completely stop coming into the country, so I'd recommend getting a fair number of them now if this is an animal you sell reasonably well.  They do well socially with each other anyway, so it's honestly not a bad idea to have 5 or 6 available at all times for your customers, you never know when someone's going to want to buy a small group.

Blood Pythons also came back in at the young size.  They have a reputation for being extremely bitey, but honestly if you handle them enough when they're young sometimes they can be perfectly fine pets.  I had one myself I bought around 150 grams and it never bit me a single time (although it DID always LOOK like it wanted to bite me haha), so you just never know.

Russian Tortoises are restocked.  Pretty soon the collecting season will be over and you won't be able to get them again until like next March or something, so stock up now.  You've been warned.
