If you're looking for some excellent large Rainbowfish, the Large Male Assortment has some absolute bangers in there, like this big Red guy!  Also a few yellows, parkinsoni, deepwater creeks, goyder rivers, and more all represented in that large male mix.
    Hey Folks,

Not a ton came in over the weekend, but we got some excelelnt stuff for you latel ast week we highlighted on the Friday email!  So check out Friday's email and the pictures there for the best update, and use the updated stock list here for the rest of the week.    I will say upfront though:  The Peacock bass DID already sell out.  Sorry!  We knew they'd fly out of here and indeed they did.

    Anyway, from Friday's writeup:
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We got some really exciting stuff for you all this week!  4-5 Inch Peacock bass are in from Colombia for the first time all year.  We don't have a ton, of course, we bought every one the vender had, but that's not a lot of fish.  Not sure the exact species, they're still a little too small to 100% positively I.D., but I would assume they're probably Ocellaris.  This is the perfect size, honestly, since they're big enough to already be pretty impressive and way past the "danger" stage of being young where they might randomly die still, but also small enough that they're not going to cost you $60.  The price is honestly probably a little too cheap, so they're going to sell too fast, so get your orders in ASAP if you want a few.

Last week we found out we got in some 15-16CM Oranda goldfish just in time to put them on our stock list, but we didn't get pictures of them or talk about them in the email at all, so today we have some pictures for you.  Check out the big black one up top, and we have a picture of the red ones further down below.  MOST are red and white.

We also got some other neat predatory stuff from Colombia this week in the form of some larger Tiger Shovelnose and Sabertooth Payaras!  We now have both medium and Large Sabertooths (....Saberteeth?  What's the right way to say that? lol)  in stock at the same time.  The larges are the much better buy, averaging an extra half inch or inch in size over the mediums on average.  We are putting the mediums on special to get the price down a little bit so that there's a little bit of incentive to help us clear back the last couple of those that are in stock leftover here.   have maybe 6 or 7 mediums still hanging around from last shipment.

August is almost here and that means SuperZoo is right around the corner. Been mentioning this for weeks now so if you haven't already booked your trip you're running out of time. If you've never attended I highly recommend checking it out. Vendors and manufacturers from all over the globe showing off the newest products and latest innovations in sales and marketing. Lots of great workshops and guest speakers worth attending. We'll be there with plenty of great fish on display so be sure to stop by and say hello. Hope to see you there!

Don't forget, we still have Tank-Raised Motoro Stingrays available!  Sold about half of them, so we might sell out this week if you've been thinking about it.

On the opposite end of the spectrum we got in what could quite possibly be the world's smallest Blue Tiger Parrots. Super small and super cute, like little swimming tiny gold balls. We also got restocks on some much needed Loaches including 4" Clowns, Sewellia Hillstreams and Redtail Blue Botias. We also got in a very impressive batch of 4-5" Spiny Eels with some oversized individuals in the mix. Amano Shrimp are in for the first time in at least a year. These have been very difficult to come by as we've been getting requests from all around the country for them. And last but never least we got in some great looking Discus from Singapore. 2.5" Leopards are my personal favorite.

In Florida raised fish we got some restocks on some old favorites including Rainbow Cichlids and regular Blue Acaras. These remind me of my early days of fish keeping. All we need to round this out would be some Keyholes and Egyptian Mouthbrooders lol. And as usual there's no shortage of great looking African Cichlids.  The real standouts are the large Assorted Male Haps. Some absolute show pieces in there. Be sure to check out the pics down below.

Gold Honey Gouramis are coming in about as big as they get right now with excellent color that really pops.  This is pretty much maximum size, as a dwarf gourami species.  They're also much less aggressive than the larger blue/opaline/gold gouramis.
One of the new fish that came in over the weekend are Moonlight gouramis.  We don't have them on the list, but they're here.  Price is roughly around Pearl Gourami price, as they're a little more rare and fancier than your run of the mill golds and blues and opalines.
Gold Gouramis also got restocked over the weekend, but as you can see the size is literally all over the place.  I'd recomend the Blues or Oalines instead if you're looking for the best average size on Gouramis this week.
Rasbora Hets are actually Rasbora Espei this week.  No upcharge for the slightly less common species, but just a heads up if you order Het's that's what you'll get.
Red Phantom Tetras are a lot bigger and redder than average, but keep in mind they very often come in extremely small.  This is nonetheless one of the best possible batches I've seen come through, some are even getting their streamer on the dorsal fin you can see in the photo here, and I've never seen that in our tanks before.
Similar to the Red Phantoms, we also have Rosy Tetras.  They're a less common tetra that gets good size and looks sort of like a cross between a Red Phantom and a Candy Cane tetra just without the white.
Longfin Rosy barbs continue to impress, one of the better looking bread and butter type fish in the building right now.  Males are coming in full color.
Platinum Parrots are much better size than the Blue Tiger Parrots right now, so if you want an oddball parrot fish I'd go with these for the time being.
    select red spot gold severum
Blood Parrots got restocked over the weekend and came in great size for a small.  These are honestly almost as big as the mediums we had last time.  Not QUITE that large, but for the price difference it's a good value.
5" Red Devil are mostly the more desirable piebalds like this one.  Probably 80% piebald, 20% mostly orange.
Pigonblood discus are still looking great, not showing any signs of peppering in the bodies from stress.  They must like our new holding tubs a lot more than the old ones we used to use.
Still have some L14 Goldie plecos hanging around!  Not too terribly many left after 3 weeks of sales, but if you've been on the fence or you sold the ones you got a couple weeks ago, you get at least one more bite at the apple this week.
