Green GloFish sharks are back! Now all four colors are available. |

Hey Folks,
Happy Shark Week! Green GloFish sharks are back just in time for Shark Week! This line went away several years ago because of how unproductive it was. Now they're back like another sharknado sequel. Made some changes in production and now they're back in the product line. This is one of the better looking fish in the line, but they really do need to be under blue light to look their best.
If you haven't ordered sharks in while you'll be pleasantly surprised when you get them. The entire history of the GloFish sharks is less than stellar, but things are finally on track. The size was pretty bad for a long time, and then availability was spotty for years. I'm sure a lot of you stopped ordering them. Hurricane Ian freed up some space and resources that were allocated to GloFish bettas. Hate that we lost the bettas, but all that space now available for sharks means that I have them, and they're really good size. If you haven't gotten the sharks in a while get them on your order.
Got a few new fish over the weekend and a lot more due in later today. Restocked on guppies yesterday. Platinums, pink tux, ocean blue, tricolor dumbos, and blue cobras all look pretty good. New Bolivian rams are very nice. Red honey gouramis came in small but still look pretty good.
Got new fancy goldfish due in later today. I'm expecting a red-cap pearlscale, celestial eyes, and more panda telescopes (and I still have black ryukins). Some other stuff that's due in includes doctor fish, bumble bee and redtail crystal platies, balloon rams, some new discus, and 3" assorted (juiced) peacocks.
Also getting in limited numbers of some Florida native killis. Ask your rep, it's getting real late for getting this out.
Some random stuff that stood out in today's walk-through include 5" arowanas, vampire swords, firecracker swords, rainbow dace, true parrot cichlids, BB cats, large Burmese sun cats, red hooks, rabauti cories, 3" chocolate cichlids, platinum parrots, new black ruby barbs with great color, and 2" redtail black sharks.
If you pay even the slightest attention to my emails you know I volunteer time for USARK-FL, both because I'm more of a herp guy than a fish guy, and because the regulatory issues facing both hobbies are very similar. Here's a chance for you help contribute, and at the same time get some cool stuff. For the first time USARK-FL is putting on an online fundraising auction so you don't have to come to Florida to bid. Capped at 50 animals, and it's going to include a lot of neat stuff. You can find the details here (and we're still looking for donations if you have anything to offer).
Please give a call if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Joe Hiduke Sales Manager Nautilus |

Nothing new this week so I've got the same notes as last week.
It's baby veiled chameleon season again. These are Florida collected babies. They are feeding well on 1/8" to 1/4" crickets. They're really cheap, especially in lots. There's a reason why they're cheap. They are a little touchy at this size. You shouldn't be passing these along to inexperienced keepers. But you can do really well getting them at this size and growing them up a bit before selling them. If you want chameleons that are good to go right now there are plenty of bigger veileds available, as well as the rainbow jackson's.
Savanah monitors that came in last week are fat and happy, well established.
Greek tortoises are available again. These are stable imports that are heavy, are feeding well, and have been wormed.
Got a handful of albino red-ears again this week. Just a bit over 4". These are pet quality, with imperfect scutes. Doesn't effect the turtle in any way.
