Albino Red Fire Peacock-outstanding color and on sale this week!
CLICK HERE FOR THE FULL LIST (specials, freshwater, salt, plants, & herps)
    Hey everyone,

Lots of exciting big colored fish on special today for this week!  We got a sizable restock on Florida Bred Peacocks and haps so even though they haven't been here a super long time, we're still offering to you on a special this week to help move this stuff in the slower summer season we're in right now.  I know its not the easiest time of year to sell fish that you have to price at $70 or $80, so now you can hopefully bring a few of these in and move them closer to $50 while still making plenty of margin.

We're also updating our website, since it's come to our attention that a LOT of items on the PDF stocklist weren't showing up on the website for orders, so that should be fixed later this I hope.  Some great fish like the 4" Red Pearl Flowerhorns weren't on there, but also just a ton of bread and butter stuff.  I think half of our Mollies we have this week weren't showing, for example.  So hopefully now that's better for those of you that use the website to order.

Also, just a PSA:  Since we don't revise our PDF list on Monday (just add the extra specials and the "new fish" to it), just wanted to give you a warning that we are SOLD OUT of all of the 4 inch and 5 inch Green Terrors as well as all of the 5 inch Jaguars.  We didn't have many of those to start with, and the orders we've gotten already this morning have taken all of them several times over.

One last reminder as well that a week from today is the launch of the Starfire Red® GloFish® Angelfish!   You won't want to miss out having them as early as possible, so make sure you don't skip next week.  Numbers will be restricted but honestly not by much.  I think we are going to be able to fill orders of 20 per store if you'd like up to 20.  The size is also going to be slightly larger next week than it will be later on in a few months when we're back to selling them as they're produced and not selling the stock we've been stocking up for several months now.  If you're one of the stores that wants to wait and see what they look like in Petco first before you buy them, you're going to miss out on the best ones.  So trust us, just order them next week.

Give your rep a call if you need anything!

    Reptile & Amphibian Highlights
Got a solid amount of new items for the reptile stocklist this week.  It's all popular, less expensive stuff too which is great for the summer!

Green treefrogs and Red Eye treefrogs both in stock this week.  The greens are the normal native North American frogs, but for some reason they're not commonly seen for sale.  I think they make a great little cheap herp to carry in the store.

Central American boas are also restocked, and I know i personally have at least 3 or 4 stores that have been asking me when these would be back in stock, so if that was you give us a shout this week before they sell out.  These are US-Bred babies and all are eating.

A couple inverts are restocked this week including the inexpensive Forest Scorpions that are sort of like a "poor-man's emperor" scorpion.  Also back are the popular jumping spiders.  I'm not sure why these are worth as much as they are, it's a mystery to me why anyone would pay for these things, but every time they're in stock we sell a bunch so I'm fine admitting I'm probably wrong to not be excited about them lol.
