News & New Items
Hey Everyone,
opening monologue gonna be a little brief due to the shortened week and having a few staff members out. Even though it was a holiday week that didn't stop us from getting in some great shipments. Got in most of the usual suspects including Colombia, Bangkok, Indo, Thailand and Singapore as well as plenty of Florida raised fish.
We'll start with the far east. Got restocked on more Bumble Bee Gobies. I think this is the first time since I've been here that we seem to have a never-ending supply of these little brackish beauties. Great little nano fish but the usually require some live food in the beginning such as baby brine shrimp or daphnia. I have pretty good success getting them onto Sera micro pellets when mixed with the live fees. Also in the mix we got in some of the nicest Blue and Gold rams that I've seen in quite awhile. Some of the Golds are already staring to orange caps atop their heads. And speaking of dwarf Cichlids we got in some more Apistogramma Agassizi Double Reds. Last batch flew out of here and i suspect these will do the same. On the opposite end of the Cichlid spectrum we got in Black Widow Frontosa. Now while they're rather small currently that won't last long as these guys will eventually grow to over a foot in length.
Got Colombia back in this week with some restocks on staple items including Rubber Plecos, Farlowellas, Spotted and Striped Raphales and believe it or not Otos! We also got in some really nice sized small Royal Plecos. I know that sounds like an oxymoron but these are running pretty big for "smalls". Green Phantoms are also running big and should have more than plenty of Colombian Zebra and Snowball plecos. Also got in more Sabertooths since the last batch sold out in a day. And while they may not be my favorite fish in the world we did get in some regular Red Pacu.
And of course it wouldn't be an email without mentioning Florida raised Cichlids. In addition to all of the Africans we got in last week (which are still featured by the way) we are expecting some restocks on Central/Southies on Sunday. This is going to include some items we haven't had in a hot minute as the kids say. Don't wanna spoil the surprise so you'll just have to check out the pics down below.

We offer corals through our partner and ex-employee Chris at ACI Aquaculture. He is growing some incredible cultured frags at his facility down the road from us, and importing from the best sources in the world. There's honestly so much on the list you can easily triple your money on with minimal effort, that every store that sells saltwater should be getting some corals from us every week.
Colombia
Sabertooths sold out almost immediately last time so we sure to bulk up on them with this shipment. Should be enough to go around this time but don't sleep on them if you want any.
Got one Red Pike available and yes legit only one. So don't build an order around this since only one lucky winner is gonna walk away with this guy.
Medium Silver Arowanas holding up great and putting on some size. One of the most popular large predatory species out there.
Regular Red Pacu are back in stock for the first time in a bit. Everyone should know the speech on these but in case you haven't heard it be sure to let your customers know how big these guys get and how quickly they grow.
Should have plenty of Colombian Sharks to go around this week.
Red Hooks been here long enough for their fins to be almost perfect.
Should hopefully have enough Otos to fill a decent number of orders but if you're in need of some get with your rep as early as possible because these always sell out in a hurry.
Asia Imports
Got a new batch of Apistogramma Agassizi Double Reds from Indo this week. Not quite as big as the last group but still nice with plenty of colored up males. This is a mixed sex group with about a 50/50 split male/female ratio.
Black Widow Frontosas are back in stock. If you haven't tried these you really should. They're insanely popular with hobbyists and despite the elevated price tag sell very well. Plus they grow surprisingly quick for a Front.
Got a new batch of Geophagus Sveni in this week and they're nearly twice the size of the last group. Came in last night so still very silver but that won't last long. this species starts to color up at a very young age. These should start showing their red markings within only a week or two once they've settled in.
World's largest Pea Puffers! Ok, that might be a slight exaggeration but these are definitely some of the largest I've seen come though here.
Panda Tetras were on hold for a bit but they're good and sturdy now and ready to send out. This is a great addition to any Tetra selection as these guys are not super common and not found in box stores.
Mono Sebaes are back and holding up well so far. Just like their Argentea cousins these guys hold up best under brackish water conditions. However long term I have had better success with this species.
4-5" Fire Eels are in this week and so far look absolutely fantastic. Right on point as far as size is concerned but great color and pattern on these.
3" Clown Knives came in a bit oversize this week since we tried these from a different supplier. Looking really good so far and already starting to show their spots.
New Redtail Cats a running a bit small compared to the last couple batches but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Anyone who's ever had these knows that they grow with lightning speed. You could have a race with these and Pacu to see who outgrows their tank the fastest lol.
Tetras
Black Emperors are back in from the far east after being on hiatus for a few weeks. While I am a huge fan of the regular Emperor Tetra (probably my favorite species overall) these have really grown on me. Black with the purple sheen really gives them a unique look.
Green Fire Tetras are also back in from Indo this week.
Rosies might be the best looking tetras on the farm this week. Often times referred to as a poor man's Candy Cane Tetra, this batch more than rivals them. Males are staring to show some nice deep red coloration to them.
Black Neons aren't quite as big as the last time I featured them but still coming in a a decent size. Always a crowd pleaser
Glowlight Tetras are running way oversize this week.
Bloodfins are starting to come in with some consistency after being mostly unavailable for the last few months. Size is pretty decent with great looking fins.
Penguins got a restock this week. Solid size and one of the coolest schoolers out there.
Livebearers
Assorted Dumbo Guppies are outstanding this week. So difficult to get decent pics of these given the fact that a lot of our tanks are fairly scratched up and hard to see through. But hopefully this bird's eye view gives you an idea of how nice the color and finnage is on these guys.
Bumble Bees continue to be one of the best looking Platies here. If you haven't brought any in you should give some a try. Even though they cost a little more we seem to run out of them just about every week.
A little light on Swords this week but the Neons are definitely the best option. Very female heavy but color is very bright and stand out from across the room.
Large Assorted Sailfin Mollies are exactly that. They're quite big with a great mix of colors.

Zebra Danios are back! I have no idea for how long since they have basically been out of stock since Milton. Gotten a few far east shipments on them here and there but very few in between. These are huge (as far as Zebra Danios go) and look great. Could be out of these by the time I'm done writing this so act fast if you want any.
Never been a huge fan of this fish but I have to say these are some of if not the nicest Choprai aka Glowlight Danios I've ever seen. Size is a bit over the board but the color is fantastic. So bright to the point where I did a double take while walking the main warehouse.
Platinum Green Tiger Barbs got a restock this week and I have to say if I had to choose between these and the regular Green Tiger Barbs I would go with these all day long. Certainly worth the extra money and size is almost always way better on these.
Regular Rosy Barbs are back in stock and they look fantastic. Both size and color are excellent with a good male/female ratio.
It's summertime and as usual Large Tiger barbs are absolutely gigantic. I would suggest labeling these as Jumbo and mark them up a bit more.
Redtail Sharks are back in and hopefully it stays that way for the remainder of the summer. I believe these were another casualty of Milton but hopefully everyone has good numbers moving forward on what is a industry staple.
Opaline Gouramis are available this week and they look great. Always preferred these over the regular Blues. That extra striated pattern really adds something. Size is a little mixy as you can see from the pic but still very nice overall.
Gold Gouramis are also back this week. These are definitely running on the small side but color and pattern are both really nice.
Moonlight Gouramis could quite possibly be the nicest looking silver fish out there. I've always been amazed at how well these did sales wise at my stores. They do look really nice over dark substrate with a black background. Very metallic appearance and the eyes tend to get redder as they mature.
Rainbows
You can tell summer is here because the Rainbows just keep getting better each and every week. And the Reds are no exception. Good male /female ratio on these and the males are sporting full color already.
Like most of the Rainbows the Neon Dwarf are back up to size for the summer. Were running a bit small there for a minute but they certainly won't disappoint now.
Regular Bosemanis are back and hopefully mediums are right around the corner. By far the most popular Rainbow species there is.
I've always been puzzled as to why the Kamakas don't share in as much popularity as some of the other species since these a have such wonderful contrast to them. Males are already showing their white dorsal blaze.
Madagascar Rainbows are running about as and as big as they get. Males showing lots of color on the body and in the fins.

Select Red Spot Gold Severum
4" Heckelii
Regular Green Terror
Chocolate Cichlid
Have both 4" & 5" Dovii expected for next week.
Jumbo Red Devil
Old World Cichlids
3" Import Peacocks are back after being out last week. This is a fresh batch and looking extra juicy. I really hope someone gets that pun.
Still have a handful of Ob Butterfly Peacocks. Unlike the imports these are Florida raised so no "juice". 100% all natural color that they will retain long term.
I know we featured these last week but because they are one of the best looking fish on the farm and not everyone reads the email every week I wanted everybody to see how awesome the Albino German Red Peacocks are.
Same as above. We're down to 8 pieces on the Ndiwe Fire Haps but I am trying to secure more for next week. However if we aren't able to restock I would suggest ordering early if you want to grab any of these.
Regular sized Albino Comps are always super nice. The yellow coloration comes through at a young age on this fish, and they look great. I'm not an albino fish fan, but I like these.
