Happy Global Week! I have a preview of what we'll have on display there. Starfire Red GloFish Angels!!!! This isn't an early April Fool's Day prank, these are real fish and they are amazing. This is the 20 year anniversary of GloFish, and this fish is better than anything that's ever been released. These will be available to Certified GloFish Retailers this summer, probably a July release.
Had the first of several film crews here a couple weeks ago (Thank you Rick) and they got some footage of the angelfish in display tanks here. This link should be to where the angelfish start but if you go back to the beginning you can see a tour of the farm.
Look for more updates soon including pics and video from Global Pet. None of my new fish are as exciting as GloFish angels but you can get them this week. I did have a full guppy restock, including all the nice big dumbo types, red tux, koi, midnights, and more. Some other new imports include strawberry peacocks, glass cats, alien bettas, roseline sharks, and I'm expecting a bunch of discus later today.
Got some domestic severums dropped off today. I have red-spot turquoise and red rainbow severums in stock. These are similar strains, basically just selectively bred rainbow type severums, one selected for red and one for blue. All the fancy severums look a lot like greens when they're small and these are no exception but they have some color and will get a lot more. Also have some red warrior kampfa-cross flowerhorns that should be at a lower price than the last set.
