Plus updated Reptiles and Coral lists --Nautilus Stock List
Hey Folks,
hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving as well as a very profitable weekend. After all they call it Black Friday for a reason. That being said hopefully you are all depleted of fish and need to restock this week. And even though it was a holiday weekend it didn't stop us from bringing in plenty of great items. But before we get into that I do want to mention that we have been getting a ton of positive feedback and reorders on the Moonrise Pink® Cories, so if you haven't tried them yet this is definitely the time to do it.
Got quite a few restocks over the weekend but one of my favorites has to be the XL Assorted Gouramis. Still getting good numbers on these but who knows for how long. Overnight temps are really starting to drop down here and therefore so will the size on fish. Great mix of Golds, Blues, Opalines and Pink Kissers and all are absolute beasts. And speaking of beasts the new batch of large assorted Rainbows are about as big as I've seen outside of a display But if that's too big for you we are still getting the all male assorted medium Rainbows. Again it's a great mix of varieties and you won't have to worry about getting stuck with lesser colored females.
A lot of great locally raised Cichlids came in during the break including both regular and albino Hap Compressiceps. We also have a nice mix of different peacocks including some of the nicest Yellow Albino Swallowtails I've ever seen. And for something more in the community realm we got in more of the medium German Blue Rams. These truly are spectacular and make me wish I had something set up for them. And last but certainly not least we still have some way under priced large Hap Moorii. Arguably the best value on the farm this week. And if for whatever reason you've missed the last couple of emails I encourage you to go back and check them out. Just before the break we got in one of the absolute best Colombia shipments of the year, right in time for the start to the busy season. Too much to list here but some of the standout items include Peacock Bass, Melini Cories, Colombian Zebra, Butterfly and gigantic Green Phantom Plecos just to name a few.

| One of the the brightest and best values this week are the Yellow Albino Swallowtail Peacocks. As the name name would suggest these have solid lemon yellow coloration throughout the body and are well oversize as they are marked as "regular" on the price list. |
| New batch of Assorted 2" Peacocks are freshly juiced and super bright! Great assortment of color and species on there as well. |
| Exochochromis Anagenys aka Three Spot Torpedo Cichlid are back this week. This is a Lake Malawi Hap type that typically stays under 8". These are usually fairly docile (for Haps) and mix well with similar sized species including Peacocks. Females retain the metallic copper/gold coloration while the males develop a a purplish blue hue to them as the mature. Pretty rare in the hobby and always sought after by collectors. |
| Hap Compressiceps got a restock over the weekend and while there are a few smaller specimens in the group most are closer in size to the larger individual in the pic. A classic African Cichlid staple. |
| Still have a handful of Blood Parrots available but not a ton so order early if you want to grab some. These will definitely run out before the end of the week. |
| And speaking of Parrots, this week's Blue Tigers are more than twice the size of the last batch . That's because these are homegrown right here at the farm. The smaller ones that we get tend to be far east imports when we run out so this is a great time to pick some up. |
| Got a restock on medium German Blue Rams during the break so if any of you got scratched on them on your last order we should have enough to fill this week. This are much bigger than the regulars and well worth the extra money. |
| Somehow these have gotten lost in the shuffle but still have a few a couple dozen Cupid Cichlids left. These are a relatively peaceful South American that even does well in community tanks with like-sized species. |
| Jaguars are back and although they're still running a bit on the small side their contrasting pattern still looks great even at this size. |
| 3" Clown Knives came in over the weekend. By far the most popular of the giant predatory fish available in the hobby. |
| For whatever reason I managed to leave the Gulper Cats out of the last couple of emails. Not sure how as these guys really do standout. One third mouth, two thirds body. And if you haven't tried these before just know that they do best one per tank. They will try to eat almost anything you put with them even if it's close to their own body mass. |
