Premium OB Peacocks came in late last week so I didn't have time to get them into the email. Not a bad fish in the bunch. Something different to offer your customers that have a lot of pop to them.

    News & New Items
    Hey folks,

Hope all of you are seeing a similar uptick in business like we are for this typically slower time of year. Not sure what's driving the demand but I'm not gonna look a gift horse in the mouth. So with that being said it's a good thing we still have plenty of nice fish to go around. Just a reminder GloFish® Danios are still on sale for the remainder of the month so don't miss out on this rare opportunity. And speaking of GloFish® we have Starfire Red® Pristellas and Electric Green® Cories in stock this week. These have been two of the most sought after varieties this year so grab as many as you can!

The most exciting thing to mention this week we unfortunately don't have photos of yet since they're not arriving until Saturday, but we have a HUGE shipment of rare Tanganyikans coming!  These are mostly fish we have literally never had before at Nautilus, so I'm super excited.   We were getting tons of requests for Cyprichromis when we brought them in for Superzoo, so we have 2 types coming at 2 sizes.  Some popular favorites like some Julidichromis Regani and Gold Calvus I'm sure will fly out of here too.  Plus some less common stuff like Eretmodus Congos that the die hard fish geeks will go crazy for, and a couple types of little shelldwellers.  We will have pictures and prices for everythign on the monday email, so make sure to check out the email Monday for that!.

Before I get into the next section I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone who took advantage of the extensive inventory we brought in of Central/South American Cichlids the last couple of weeks. The faster this stuff flies out of here the more I can justify bringing in cool and rare items. Perhaps that's why the last couple of weeks have been so good. So with that being said I do have a couple of new additions due in this afternoon, Black Umbees and True Red Terrors. Ok, so the Red terrors aren't technically new but they are always in demand and this is arguably the nicest strain out there, provided a pic of the adults down below. However the Black Umbees have not been in stock in the nearly two years that I've been here so those count as new, or at least newly returned. Speaking on Central/Southies we still have one of my all time favorites still available, Cuban Cichlids. We have them in all three sizes and if you're not familiar with these google what they look like as adults. Super crisp contrast on these. And somehow we still have some Fredrichstahli on hand. Call them Yellow Jacket Cichlids, they'll sell much better that way.

And last but not least be sure to check out our Specials page this week. Managed to get a lot of great stuff on there at killer prices. I put in pics of as many as I could down below but I ran out of room. Some that didn't make the cut due to space restraints include Australian Rainbows, Gold Killies, Brochis Splendens and Black Skirt Tetras.Take advantage of these deals and run some specials to keep your sales momentum going. Last thing you want to do is have things slow down sooner than they have to.

Black Widow Frontosa have put on a bit of size already and are showing their wickedly cool pattern.
Rainbow Dace are still showing their "In Season" color so now is a good time to grab some while they are still an easy sell.
Gardneri Killies came in a touch bigger this week and at this size males are already showing really nice color. this is a mixed sex group so there are females in there as well.
Harlequin Rasboras got a restock last night. Hopefully it will be enough to get us by for a few days but I wouldn't count on it since they have been in short supply as of late.
Glass Cats also got a restock last night but haven't put eyes on them yet so check with your rep to see how they're holding up. Been really solid the last couple batches.
Rainbow Gobies came in late last week and are adorable as ever. Show really nice color in tank but tough to photograph that way as they don't like to sit still.
Knight Gobies got a restock last night so if any of you got scratched on them this past week they should be getting filled for next week's orders.
Delhezi Bichir are without a doubt the best valued Polypterus species out there.

Large Emerald Rainbows are absolutely ginormous this week. Males are so big they're displaying the "pinhead affect".
Medium Deep River Rainbows are a solid size this week and better yet they're on special as well!
Regular Bosemani Rainbows are back and while the size is average the color is outstanding. This male is colored down compared to what he looked like when I first pulled him out of the tank.
Pearl Gouramis have gotten a LOT nicer this week than they've been for a long while.  Still much smaller than Blue or Gold Gouramis, but this is the best Pearls have been in ages.
Pink Kissing Gourami are actually getting better even though a number of other species are starting to shrink.
Platinum Green Tiger Barbs are the most impressive in terms of color as fa as Tiger types go this week. Much nicer than the regular Greens.
    Tetras
It's not often I get to feature Buenos Aires Tetras in the email but they are far too nice to ignore this week. Size is average but it's the color that caught my attention. Super bright red in the fins. These guys tend to get overlooked because they're not as flashy as some other species but they were always one of my favorites to recommend as a starter fish for beginners. Very active with a nice splash of color and practically bullet proof.
Mentioned these last week but they're still awesome so I'm mentioning Bleeding Hearts again. For whatever reason this is a species that is not commercially bred on a large scale here in Florida so these are not as readily available so this is one I would stock up on them every time they come on the list.
Embers are running particularly nice this week. Good size and really vibrant. Unlike some other "nano" size Tetras you won't have to wait for these to color up.
    Gold Pristella Tetra
Got plenty of X-Rays to go around this week. Seems like every time I say that we run out the next day so best to stock up while you can.
Rosy Tetras aka poor man's Candy Cane are running big and showing why they deserve the name "Rosy".
    Livebearers
    Tricolor Dumbo
    Super Gold Cobra
    Koi Sword
Velvet Wag Swords (very nice this week)
    Green Swordtails
    Bumblebee Platy
    LT Dalmation Molly
    Central/South American Cichlids
Got in more medium/large Carpintis this week from the same source as the Red Terrors. Most of his strains are pure and grow up to be some of the nicest Central/Southies money can buy.
Festae aka True Red Terrors are due in this afternoon. This is a pure strain so I put in a pic of the adults down below. They pretty much speak for themselves
We do NOT have these fish at this size. We do however have juveniles which are featured in the previous slide. This is what they'll look like once mature. Female on the left, male on the right.
Still have all sizes on Cubans but that won't last long. Every day they're here they're color just keeps getting better and better. The 2" can stay together for now but the larger sizes (4" pictured above) should be kept separately.
Down to a handful of the regular Trimacs. For those of you that missed the write-up on these from last time this is one of the primary species used to create Flowerhorns. These grow up to be about as big and as aggressive as their aquarium strain counterparts. Still very impressive as adults even if they don't play well with others
Black Umbees are due in later today. We have not had these in ages and unfortunately I do not have a pic of an adult to illustrate how awesome these are when they mature. Definitely Google a pic of these and I can almost guarantee you'll wanna grab some.
Have Green Terrors available in regular and 4" (pictured above) for this week. I recommend stocking both size in order to give your customers price point options.
Managuense aka Jaguar Cichlids are in for the first time in a while. These a running very small or as I prefer to call them, adorable. That being said these always sell out in a hurry so they won't be here for long.
    Old World Cichlids
XL Male Peacocks have a great variety of both OB and straight colors like this very unique individual pictured here. Looks to have some Compressiceps mixed in there.
Albino Compressiceps are back and they're running at almost a medium size even though they're listed as regular. One of if not the best looking albino version of a more common Hap species.
Small Assorted Haps are mostly a mix of Victorians this week and that's not a bad thing. Some real screamers in there including Albino Flamebacks and Rock Kribs.
Medium Assorted Haps are mostly everything except that. A lot of peacocks and mbuna in the mix but well worth it. Lotta color for not a lotta money.
Got in a limited number of regular Ndiwe Fire Haps this week. These grow up to be one of the most impressive species sporting bright red & blue coloration.
This is an adult Ndiwe Fire Hap. We do NOT currently have these at this size but these are from the same bloodlines as the fish in the previous slide. I am trying to secure some of the larger ones for the upcoming week so check with your sales rep on Monday or Tuesday.
Still have a handful of large Rustys available. They may not have made it onto the list this week but if you ask nice enough Brody can probably snag you a few.
Medium Snow White Socolofi are twice the size of the regulars at the moment. This fish really pops especially when put over a dark substrate
    Cool Cats
Found a vat of Goldy Plecos that have been here for a minute and they look fantastic. Great color and full bellies since they've been hanging out for a while.  About 2.5 inches, perfect size for a much better price than when the 10 inch ones come in and cost $200+.
Punctatus Are probably the nicest cory on hand right now when it comes to size and overall appearance.
Believe it or not we still have some Pygmy Cories available. This never happens. Guessing everyone just assumed we were out so didn't bother to order them because these are one of the most in demand cories out there.
Burmese Sun Cats are back after a brief sabbatical.  These grow to a pretty decent size so make sure your customers know not to keep them anything that can be easily swallowed.

Fire Shrimp are super bright this time around. Truly worthy of their name.
